Gerard, Is a very likeable man, he explains the procedure and is very efficient. I had a nose opperation and he totally put me at ease and carried out the opperation exactly as described.

Thank you, it is not easy going through an operation (I have had several myself) and I know what a worrying time it can be! GK

We recently saw Mr Kelly to have our 2 week old babies tongue tie snipped. Mr Kelly explained the risks and benefits to having the procedure done and ensured we were all happy before going ahead. My husband and I felt very reassured that Mr Kelly was very experienced at doing the procedure, he explained everything very well and it was done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to return to see Mr Kelly if any member of my family required. Excellent Doctor!

I have now carried out hundreds of tongue tie procedures and was initially sceptical about the procedure in very young babies, but now and with experience I think it is a great treatment, although there are no guarantees of success and better feeding. Doing the procedure when babies are very young can mean that they avoid an operation in later life (which then usually needs a general anaesthetic when older). GK

Mr Kelly has been treating my wife, who has severe ear nerve damage, for a number of years now in succession to a number of previous specialists. For us he has been outstanding in his attitude and concern for our problems. His understanding manner puts my wife at ease and hence is more forthcoming in her ability to fully describe her problems. She never feels rushed and that she is getting a considered and valuable opinion and advice. We certainly recommend Mr. Kelly to others.

Dr Kelly made me feel totally at ease. He explained what was wrong and the treatment he prescribed worked and therefore I did not need surgery. I would not hesitate to contact Dr Kelly if I have further problems.

After long standing issues with continuous frequent sinus problems, feeling drained of energy and in fear of the next sinus infection, I managed to find Mr Kelly. He performed the necessary tests/diagnosis and identified the need to perform a Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). He talked me through the operation, provided all necessary information/material for me to read and investigate (he also followed up any additional queries i had), upon which I decided to undertaken the FESS. The procedure (FESS) has been of great benefit, its been around 2yrs and to date (touch wood) I have not had any sinus issues, sore throats, infections, headaches or all the other issues that troubled me in the past. A really good result and notable positive difference in health. Mr Kelly performed the procedure as a day case and the recovery period went well with no issues. I would recommend Mr Kelly to others who have such sinus issues or are considering a FESS.

Thank you, endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is a great treatment in the right case. I think one of the most important aspects of treatment is getting the diagnosis correct. FESS is only effective in sinusitis, so a careful history and examination and investigations are the key to the correct operation (and of course a meticulous technique in the surgery itself)! One of the things that patients dislike about nasal surgery is nasal packing and now I use nasal packing in less than a few percent of cases. GK
